Kojic acid, derived from mushrooms, chelates copper necessary for tyrosinase activity. Alpha-arbutin, a safer derivative of hydroquinone, slowly releases hydroquinone to inhibit melanin synthesis. This potent duo works synergistically. Use only at night, and never skip sunscreen the next day. May cause mild tingling in sensitive users. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Max 3 times per week for 8 weeks, then maintenance once a week. The special dark-colored sheet protects light-sensitive ingredients.
